If you are a full-time employee and you receive a W2, please submit:

  • Two of your most recent pay stubs.

  • A copy of your most recent W2 (if available)

If you are self-employed, please submit:

  • Two of your most recent bank statements showing consistent income from your workplace.

  • A copy of your most recent federal tax return (if available)

If you started a new job:

  • If you started a new job between your interview with Tulsa Remote and the time you upload your documents, we will need you to upload your offer letter from HR and one pay stub. Please also email onboarding@tulsaremote.com with the details of your new role.
