Your permanent address must be within the city limits of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Surrounding cities such as Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, etc. do not meet the program terms and conditions. We reserve the right to rescind your program invitation if your provided address does not meet the Tulsa City limits requirement. If you are unsure about your chosen location, you can enter the address into Google Maps. If the city/state says Tulsa, Oklahoma, you’re good to go! If it says anything else, the property will not meet the program’s requirements.

A Copy of Your Tulsa County Clerk Stamped Deed
What is this document?
At the closing table (when you officially became a homeowner), you signed several documents, including one that is a deed. It will most likely be labeled “General Warranty Deed,” and look like the example below.
Following your closing, your closing agent (aka escrow officer/specialist) will take this signed deed and have it filed with the Tulsa County Assessor’s office. You will then receive a filed-stamped copy of the deed, which will have the printed material shown in the top left-hand corner of the example document. This document will likely come to you by mail at your new address (you actually provide the desired address at closing), but the document can also be requested by email. It can take a week or more to receive this document, so it’s important to advise your closer that you would like a copy of it as soon as possible.
If there is a delay, you can also check the county clerk’s website LOCCAT system, by searching for the address. (https://ais-usc-tulsacounty-web.azurewebsites.net/FullMapView)
