To help you make the most of your Self-Guided Visit and get the most out of your time in Tulsa, we require all finalists who wish to receive a travel reimbursement to meet with one of our Recruitment Specialists while you are in town. Our Recruitment Specialists are experts on Tulsa and Tulsa Remote and can connect you to helpful resources while you’re in town. After filling out the form above, you will receive a follow-up email with more information, including how to schedule your meeting with a Recruitment Specialist and how to request your reimbursement.

Please find an overview of the visit reimbursement below:

• The purpose of the travel reimbursement is to help cover the cost of a visit to Tulsa to see if Tulsa is the right place for you. If you have already moved to Tulsa by the time of your visit, Tulsa Remote will not reimburse you for your travel expenses for moving to Tulsa.
• We will reimburse for the cost of your transportation (airfare or driving mileage) up to $500. Mileage reimbursement is based on the IRS rate, currently $0.65/mile.
• Tulsa Remote cannot reimburse for non-cash expenses, including airline points used to purchase airfare.
• Your flight receipt must include your name and dollar amount in order to be reimbursed.
• Tulsa Remote does not reimburse for lodging, Uber, Lyft, rental cars, baggage fees, upgrades, meals, or any other expenses incurred during your time in Tulsa.
• If someone travels with you, you can include their cost of transportation within the $500 limit.
• While we do not reimburse for lodging, Tulsa Remote does offer a few incentives to help offset lodging costs while you’re in town. We will provide these incentives upon your completion of the Self-Guided Visit to Tulsa Form.
• You must meet with a Recruitment Specialist on your visit in order to receive your reimbursement. The Recruitment Specialist’s availability is during working hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you plan to attend a self-guided visit, in order to be reimbursed, please plan your travel accordingly.
